Because of the suite of services, equipment, staff & resources we provide - we recognize that our company offers a premium service. Anyone can grab a camera, charge you $100 and film your event - for $100 more maybe they will put your DVD in a box with some basic cover art and edit your video with 1990's cheesy effects and graphics. BY THE SAME TOKEN, you deserve access to quality and professionalism that is often reserved to the high end video production companies who charge $200 or more per hour (filming and editing) for their services.
We believe that we are some where in the middle - giving you access to professional quality HD video production, good DJ entertainment services and modest A/V tools for a price that is affordable and well within your reach. A signed contract and a 50% retainer fee is required to secure all contracts with Click Click Expose. This insures your date is closed and we have staff available for your event.
Final Payment for all contracts are due on or before the end of your event. All overtime fees, travel expenses and additional services requested on the date of your event are payable by the end of your event. Corporate customers only - your final payment is due when you have approved your final online draft of your video project but before you take delivery of the final master. All other services, payment is due by the end of your event.
Unless you are a customer or corporate client that has been with us for more than 3 years, 30-60-90 day payment cycles after the event has ended are not accepted. We understand some companies have a purchase order payment system or other ways of handling outstanding invoices but we will not be able to accept your contract if payment must me made in this way. We are a fully insured, fully licensed company operating in the State of Florida. We are organized as a limited liability company with the Florida Department of State (under the business name of Empire Video Productions, LLC) and all Florida businesses and customers are required to pay Florida Sales Tax (unless tax exempt - documentation is required). We carry a $2,000,000 commercial general liablity insurance policy and a $100,000 professional liability policy to give our clients peace of mind and to protect the general well-being of our business. We feel that if you are going to do business with a professional videography company, then you should do business with someone who is going to take the time to do the business right and have the proper licenses and insurance that protects everyone.
